Jeffery Emmenis, partner at Vertis Aviation said: “Our operating partner’s BOE is a valuable asset in improving operational flexibility. The flexibility to land and clear customs at any US airport that has customs and border protection services will considerably enhance operational flexibility. We are very pleased to be able to offer even greater flexibility and efficiency to our clients.”

K5-Aviation worked with the US authorities over a three month period to secure the exemption certificate.
